I like the personality of the fellows who work here: very friendly, honest, patient. Even more important is the extensive professional plumbing experience of the fellows who work here. The advice I receive with my purchase is extremely valuable. I have had only had two minor bad experiences here that were corrected quickly: 1. a faucet was quoted to be $1000 less than the actual sale price, and 2. the point-of-sale machine debited less money from my bank card than the actual sales total.

Great and quick customer service, they had the exact parts I needed on both trips in. Also provided helpful guidance regarding the project I was working on.

My parents got some plumbing from here and they gave us a new pipe for the water and from shower I don’t have the exact words of what my dad said but he said “these guys are really good.”
