I recently had work done by Robert A. Nowak Heating and Air Conditioning, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the first call to the final install, their team was professional, responsive, and clearly experienced. What stood out most was their honesty. They gave me straightforward advice, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and followed through exactly as promised. The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. It’s not easy finding a company these days that combines old school integrity with modern expertise, but Nowak Heating and Air does exactly that. If you’re in the Buffalo area and need heating or cooling work done right the first time, this is the company to call.

We moved into our home 1.5 years ago and it came with an outdoor AC unit. This summer it started acting strange. With a call to Nowak HVAC, I not only got an appointment fairly quickly, but Chris did a fantastic job explaining everything about the unit and my homes current air-flow situation. Thankfully we didn't need anything and the unit was simply strained from all this summer's needs. Which is another major point here, they inspected and didn't try to sell me something unnecessary. He told what how I can keep it running for a decent time, and that maintenance wasn't necessary right now. I was very impressed. Would recommend to anyone!

Chris performed preventative maintenance on one of my furnaces. He explained to me that my other furnace works, but it is old and they do not make parts for it anymore and that he didn't think it was worth it to perform preventative maintenance on it because if a part breaks while doing it, it is impossible to get a replacement since the company that made that furnace went out of business many years ago. He did not charge me for looking at that furnace. Both of my furnaces and hot water heaters vent through the chimney and he explained my options thoroughly with quotes for all the options of replacing the furnace and hot water tanks and referred me to a chimney inspector who confirmed that they chimney would need work before new appliances are connected to it. I highly recommend ths company. Chris took the time to explain the problem with my furnace (on life support) & my available options. For the install, Matt & Dan were excellent! Friendly, efficient, informative & good clean up after. I am a happy customer.

I can not say enough about Chris and his team. He was beyond knowledgeable regarding the issues with our furnace and went over all of our options to remedy and replace. We ended up going with a full furnace and AC replacement and his crew did an amazing job. They were extremely neat, clean and communicative during the entire install. As a new homeowner it was important to work with someone I trusted and I beyond trust Chris and his crew. I would confidently recommend them to anyone!
