We used Beall & Sons to replace our septic drain field. They were quite responsive in helping us determine a layout that would allow us the best flexibility for future uses of our yard. They coordinated wonderfully with the inspectors and were able to quickly and efficiently remove the old system, install the new system, and repair and reseed the grounds. I am quite impressed, and even the inspector spoke highly of their work. They also cleaned up the work site and regraded very nicely. Their pricing is fair and I am grateful to see a well functioning family business where it is evident that best practices and experience is handed down from generation to generation. I highly recommend this company.

Our septic system backed up at the absolute worst moment – right before our daughter's first communion party! Beall was a lifesaver. They provided incredibly prompt service on a Sunday morning, getting our system back online and ensuring our celebration could go ahead. We used Beall to clean / service our septic system when we first bought our house in 2023, & we were happy with them then, but now I’m convinced they are TRULY miracle workers…. We are in the process of trying to install a new pool, & we were told this week that we would need a perc test with the county … however we found out that we were past the deadline for applications. The county said we could still submit (with the help of a septic contractor), but there were no guarantees, since everything was already all booked out. I called Beall on Tuesday, & spoke to Kailee, who submitted the application with me on the phone, then worked her magic to coordinate a test with the county within THREE days! I have my septic cleaned and they did a fantastic job and came out quickly. I had to call today because my alarm was going off. The lady that answered the phone was snarky. I asked when someone was available and she said not today, I asked about tomorrow and she said no, I said any times available, not sure. The company said they response 24 hrs for service. I asked if I could flush my toilet or take a shower so laughed and said don’t know again I don’t know what is wrong with your tank. She had a tone, a snarky laugh and genially was just rude. I told her I would like to use Beall but if she didn’t have anyone I had to use another company and she said ok. She didn’t even work with me.
