I had the wonderful team at Roberto Floors just complete the flooring in our new home. After pulling up the rugs we found much of the floor damaged. They did a superior and amazing job making everything look perfect. Roberto is easy to work with and great communicating at every stage of your job. His team is professional and pleasant. The folks at Roberto Floors did an absolutely amazing job at our house. I’m still blown away by the quality of the work. Our 60-year-old worn and faded hardwood floors look completely new. And several people that have visited our home since the refinishing actually thought we had new floors put in. Roberto was very responsive to every one of our questions throughout the process. He came to our home several times to do test stains so we could determine which way to go. He gave solid recommendations on what type of finishing coat to use based on the type of wood and the amount of use it will see. I highly recommend Roberto to anyone that wants their hardwood floors done well the first time.
