He personally (not a third party) picked up and delivered my dresser with mirror and chifferobe door-to-door, which is something most competitors don’t offer — and it made the entire experience seamless. Before choosing Robert, I spoke with two other restoration companies. One of them I spoke with on the phone and he told me to email photos of the project — which I did, along with questions — and then I never heard back after that. The other company also had me email photos after an initial phone call, but once the email conversation started, they took days at a time to respond to simple questions. He is very personable and works with you to ensure the right finish and color is selected. He finished an heirloom side table for me and the restoration was just beautiful.
