We contacted Robert's Roofing for an estimate on roof shingle replacement for the detached garage. They showed up at the scheduled time. Once measured and inspected they figured 3 pieces of plywood but cautioned us that once they started removing the old shingles they'd know more. Our appointment was scheduled for a few weeks out. They offered to file and get the required permits. They had a packet for us that included everything about the job. It was very thorough. A few weeks turned into a few days as they had an opening. We took the new appointment and they showed up the following day. Around 8am two site trucks, a tow behind closed trailer, a roll off dumpster and plenty of men to knock this off by 4pm or so that was the plan anyway... We have wanted a bow window in our living room for years but some other home improvement project always got in the way. When the time came to make this a reality, we contacted a few window companies for quotes. Roberts quickly became our top choice. They responded quickly, sent a courteous and knowledgeable rep to take measurements and offer suggestions we hadn't even considered AND their price was right. Our roof was long overdue to be redone. Ruben’s crew worked for a solid four days removing the old wood shake and tin roof exposing the old bones of our Victorian home. It was important to us that we kept with a shingle that was complimentary to what was removed and Mike made multiple proposal changes throughout the process and I’m sure we were driving him nuts. My wife was extremely happy they were able to repair the existing box gutters keeping the crown trim and character that drew us to this home in the first place. Lastly we couldn’t have done this project without the awesome financing option Robert provides.
