Best Heating and plumbing supply place in Ohio.

Very POOR service. We experienced multiple issues: 1) the designer struggled throughout the process with thoroughly understanding and providing good suggestions, 2) the electronic prints supplied were tiny which required unnecessary effort for us to print out in order to read and understand, 3) doors obviously swung the wrong direction which we had to modify, and 4) the designer dismissed our complaints with her error leaving us to patch the holes and modify the doors ourselves. We discussed our issues with management, who, of course, came across as being cordial, but they only wanted us to purchase a another new cabinet. If you want Kraftmaid cabinets there are many suppliers out there - just because the Robertson showroom at first appears big, you'll quickly realize 99% of their displ

Beautiful showroom. We had to sign in when we entered the building and that was the only time we were spoken to. Looked around for 15 minutes while we were completely ignored. Purchased all our fixtures elsewhere. If I don’t want conversation, I will buy online.

Michelle really helped me with my jack and Jill remodel. She gave me great ideas and options, for changing my tub to a walk-in, more than that she explained what I could or could not do to because of construction, great to have a designer who knows their products and listens. I highly recommend her, thanks can’t wait to see this project when it’s done!
