My wife and I were on the way back from vacation on 805 South 5:43pm we were behind a Robinson's cement mixer truck when it dropped loose a large dry chunk of concrete or mix that exploded into many small pieces and peppered my wife's new 2017 Jeep Compass trail hawk. We witnessed the debris come loose from the vehicle. We submitted pictures of the damage and the Robinson truck with the truck number licensing number and also a picture of the driver on his cell phone (not his radio CB). We submitted the Robinson claim form as described on Time. We received a denial letter stating they dont pay for damages from road debris flying out from under the wheel? They said considering it was a mixer truck that it was impossible for the debris to be accumulated and fall off the back of it? Basically
