Update: 14 months after closing, our house is still not finished. Take the outdated review below and do with it what you will. If I could go back in time I would have never worked with this outfit. This is about as fair of a review, and non-bias, as I can provide. The Good: They worked fast. They are kind, decent human beings in general and depending on the circumstances, I would recommend them to others looking for construction or remodeling. The Bad: There are some clear and consistent issues with Robie Builders that stems from (likely) too many projects being juggled at the same time and lack of organized management. Robie built my family a great home. High quality, great suggestions, instant pricing on things I wanted to add or change. A perfect mix to make me feel like I am getting a custom home but they help make a lot of the decisions easy. Brent, Joe and Jarod all are great. Harrison

One month into our new home and I’m still amazed by this house! Every detail Robie worked through with us is making this house exactly what we wanted, and we weren’t easy. Jarod and Brent helped us through every step including after the closing. And all the people that said to add 10% to their quote because everyone goes over were just wrong. They stayed to exactly what the contract said, they didn’t try to nickle and dime us on the way out the door. Overall great experience, couldn’t recommend them enough. And no, I’m not related and this isn’t the owners fake profile...

I have sold 19 homes built or rehabbed by Robie Builders and have never received a complaint from any of the Buyers after the sale. Jarod and his staff are very capable and are attentive to the needs of their customers from start to finish and beyond !. If there were more stars on this rating, they would deserve them.

I wish I could give this guy 0 stars. We rented a property next to one that the owner of Robie Builders was staying. He was the most disrespectful and ignorant person I have ever met. We left a dragon float on a bit of lawn that was next to the house we had rented. It wasn't even within 40 feet of the house they were staying in, and they complained because it was too close to their association. He got extremely loud swearing at my family and I. Him and his girlfriend even threatened physical harm. I have never encountered such a disgrace of a human being. He and his girlfriend ruined my family's vacation with how extremely rude they were. No one should ever take business from this sad excuse for a man. Jarod needs to carry a plant around with him at all times to replace the oxygen he waste
