All I did was call to get information regarding service contract. Person who answered my call was not knowledgeable and kept contradicting herself. I felt like a hamster on a wheel . . . going round and round. This is not saying company is not good. . . maybe they just need better phone coverage. Way too frustrating just getting information. Either way, they lost potential customer.

Robin and his team are serious professionals. Not only do they deliver clean high quality work. If anything goes wrong (even if not caused by them) they come back and make things right.

I have had a hard drive replaced and systems updated on a notebook, as well as complete recovery of data from my Macbook that had water damage. Was so happy he saved my spreadsheet! Thank you so much for the great service and wonderful pricing.. I don't know what I would have done!
