Does not honor his word. I received prompt service back in early September. Ultimately, the repair did not work and even made things worse with water on my floor. Tim and I spoke by phone the next day and again 2 days later. We agreed to just split the bill per their 90-day printed warranty on the receipt, and he would just rebate half to me. Since September there have been five emails and two conversations over 10 weeks...if you can even reach this company. It will ghost or avoid you or promise some tap dance about what they will do and then won't follow through. I would advise looking for other services. Restoring integrity by honoring their spoken and written words would be a good start to restoring this business.

I have an appliance repair person that I have used for many years. He wasn’t available today so I called this company in which I have never used before. I was definitely not impressed with them. He told us our seal on our washer was leaking. He said it would be $561.00 to get the seal but he didn’t know when it would be in. He said it could be 2 weeks, a month, or a year. I have never heard of paying for a part not knowing when it would arrive. A year??? I would definitely not recommend this business. I will never use them again. I did not have a good feeling about them.

This guy is a unprofessional, unethical LLC holder , it has been two weeks that he has been paid for repairing our cafe, not only he hasn't fixed our oven but ignors to return our calls and text ,and we are left with no option but take legal path and file our claim against him and company. For the love God , please avoid this company at any cost . Also, I have already filed a case against him in the court and he has been already summoned but yet hasn’t showed up . I am going to send another court order and the sheriff will serve him once again .

The owner was helpful on a Saturday with talking us through a leaky dishwasher. He ended up installing a new dishwasher for us and was very professional and skilled.

At first, Robinson Appliance Repair was great & quick to respond and diagnose my washer. I paid the same day for a drain pump that was supposed to arrive in 3–5 days. It took two weeks and multiple calls just to get it installed. Then I was told the control board was also bad and would take about two weeks to arrive. It has now been three weeks since that update, and I haven’t received a single returned call. I work in Property Management and have never experienced this level of poor communication or delay for a simple repair. I’ve been stuck using a laundromat for weeks—expensive, frustrating, and completely avoidable. Would not recommend.
