Robinson's Abbey Carpet & Floor

Bought flooring with them that I am very pleased with but the owner came to my house and measured before ordering. We have 1 and 2/3 cartons left over. When I called him about returning the unopened box he got very nasty about it. He ended up saying he would take it back and just throw it in the garbage and write me a check minus a restocking fee and them hung up on me with out answering other questions I had. I tried to call back but he refuses to answer my call. Caller id I'm sure! Nice when you go in but he sure changes his attitude.

When ordering our floor we were told if there was extra we could return it with a restocking fee. Was very disappointed when the owner didn't want us to return it. But then we received a check in the mail for the extra box. Love the floor and other then the return conflict we are very satisfied. Margy
