Robinson's Hot Tubs and Pools

I purchased a chlorine cartridge today. When I took the wrap off, the bottle was cracked at the top and chloride particles fell out all over. The top didn’t want to turn to the designated number and I had to use a pipe wrench to get it turned. Robinson’s said it sounds like a defective product and have agreed to exchange it. The team member who sold me the cartridge was polite and efficient.

I bought my hot tub from Robinsons about 15yrs ago. It recently started to leak. It ended up needing to go to the shop for repair. They picked it up and delivered it back with in a few weeks. They even filled it at the shop to make sure the problem was fixed. I can't thank the team there enough for fixing it. They did a fantastic job and hopefully I get another 15yrs out of it. We absolutely love our new hot tub (installed in May) and everyone over at Robinson's. They were incredible when it came to helping us pick out the right tub for our family and home, they pre-inspected the area as we were unsure if it would work, and the guys who did the install were phenomenal! On top of that, they frequently test our water for free and have very patiently helped us learn how to properly care for the system. Everyone is highly experienced and they work together as a team, so communication is excellent. If you're considering a new hot tub, especially if you're a newbie, I highly recommend Robinson's Hot Tubs.
