Tommy came to fix the pump and pipes that cracked after a big freeze! He was out the next day and fast reliable and good $$

Very disappointed. We woke up last Sunday to no water, and our well pump wouldn't hold prime. We waited til after church to call Robinson's, and my friend Brent spoke with the elder Mr. Robinson for 10 minutes, gave him his phone number and address twice, after they discussed what might be wrong with the well. Mr. Robinson also asked for detailed directions to our home. He finally told Brent he'd give his son our info, and the son would be in touch. We waited 24 hours and never got even the courtesy of a return call, so I called another company, who were at the house within an hour, and fixed our problem within another hour. I've waited a full week to post a review, to see if anyone from Robinson's would ever return Brent's call, as promised. Nobody ever did. We would have appreciated a ca

O'Brien and Tommy Robinson went beyond my expectations. My pressure tank started leaking and water was cut off to the house. They came out on a Sunday, Mother's Day at that, to do the repairs. O'Brien and Tommy are very knowledgeable in their trade and the repairs and pricing was excellent. Will definitely recommend and use them again

I called this business during the day because of pump stopped working. Mr. Robinson called back to return my call, left a voicemail, and then called back not long after just to make sure I got his voicemail! So kind! While speaking with him, he troubleshooted the pump over the phone with my husband and we figured out what was wrong with the pump. He even came right after and helped us fix it even though it was later in the evening. I am so beyond grateful for his generosity especially because we have two young boys and did not have any running water in the house. I definitely recommend this company and will never use another company except Mr. Robinson in the future for an well related issues. Thanks again!

I had to have him come check my well for sand to see if I needed to drill a new well. He told me that my well is good and my pump is also. He raised my water pressure since it went down after I changed my pump previously. I would recommend him to anyone for honest, fair, reliable work. He reduced his price since he didn't really do much, but I gave him the whole amount because I appreciate his rare work ethics.
