We cannot thank Robison Oil enough for saving us during a recent cold snap. Our old burner system finally reached its end of life right when temperatures dropped into the single digits. We were incredibly concerned about being without heat, and pipes freezing, but Robison stepped up and arrived with a new system on just a few days' notice. Our salesman, Mike Carpenter, was fantastic to work with, and the installation team was top-notch. They installed an American made Energy Kinetics Resolute, RT System 2000 and were absolutely meticulous throughout the installation process. Just a few days before Christmas, our boiler failed and began leaking from the bottom. My wife and I knew it was nearing the end of its lifespan, but we certainly didn’t expect it to happen so close to the holiday. We contacted Robison, as we already had a service contract with them, and they confirmed that the boiler needed to be replaced. Although we were warned by others that Robison’s pricing might be excessive, that turned out not to be the case. We obtained 5 quotes, we found Robison to be very competitive, in fact only one company was able to provide a better price (however with no financing option). More importantly, they were able to guarantee a quick installation, completing the work immediately after Christmas, and they helped us secure financing to ease the financial burden. Mi

I had my furnace “tuned up”earlier this year. 3 technicians came within one week and non of them was able to restore the furnace to the condition from before the maintenance call. Currently the furnace is clogged.

My sales rep, Michael Carpenter, was incredible—he acted with total transparency and urgency to get a replacement scheduled within a single day. The crew actually arrived early and were true professionals. They hit a few logistical bottlenecks during the install, but they addressed them immediately to ensure the job was finished that same day. Finding this level of speed and professionalism is rare. We have been with Robson for 30+ years so when we needed a new oil tank, we decided to go with them. I do wish the oil company would pass on some of their good fortune with the price, but their employees have always been very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Jamie was sent out immediately and made us feel so secure, Keith stood outside in the freezing cold for hours making sure the job was done right and Michael Carpenter took the time to carefully direct us to what would be the best fit for us with our new oil tank.
