They're not very good. I call in for parts.. they don't get back to you. I called in to see if they found anything out about the parts and they claimed they never spoke to me. You just lost a 30+ year customer. Also. If you're looking for Navien parts.. APR has them. You're welcome.

We had a wonderful experience at Roche Supply today. Julia was extremely helpful and so very pleasant to work with in designing our shower remodel! I know its going to be beautiful! Would definitely recommend checking them out!!

Woke up with no heat on first floor today. I Diagnosed the issue and found out it was a faulty zone valve motor. Roche had the part in stock. Fixed the motor in 5 minutes and heat is now working. Thank you !!

This was my first trip to Roche’s and I couldn’t have been happier. Nick was so helpful and knowledgeable. I told him in woman terms what I needed and he got it all together for me in plumbing terms. What a great experience. In addition, Zach and I chatted while Nick was getting my supplies and he was pleasant as well. Thank you gents, you made my day.
