Terrific experience! We needed to replace an ancient, wall-mounted toilet and RCPH helped us over the phone to choose the right part and set up the repair. The repair work required notching the existing woodwork to make the new toilet fit. Was great to be able have it completed in one service call rather than our finding someone else to handle that portion of the job. They also let us know that Kohler would send us free replacement parts for our ancient, leaking sink faucet handles. They could have easily told us we needed new faucets or expensive repair parts. It was so refreshing and nice to be informed of the Kohler warranty service, especially because I had a sentimental attachment to the old faucets. I would highly recommend Rock Coast plumbing. I had been getting the "next week treatment" from another plumber for over two months to come and fix my water heater. I called Rock Coast on a Friday and they said they would be down on Monday. I got a call from the secretary on Monday to let me know when to expect the plumber, which I greatly appreciated. When they arrived they were professional and courteous, and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. Overall very satisfied with my experience.

Not happy, used the water test kit I bought, didn’t run water at all before taking sample, had no suggestions to help & than sent me a bill, even after I tried to complain about the service. I did pay the bill and am Not impressed.

Very happy with service, and they made it look like an easy installation, even though it was tricky- 3 different types. Knowledge and kind. Left the place clean too! Great communication and looking forward to more business. Highly recommended.
