I have a classic Mercedes with a very difficult (factory laser cut) key, and they were able to make me a copy! Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Was quick and the guy was very kind and I love the key chains there I got one of a pitbull that says I love pitties lol and then one of a Wenier dog and said I love weniers lol

I'm honestly surprised this locksmith is still in business; but unfortunately they are the only "Locksmith" in the area. My customer experience was definitely one of the worst I've had in years! And I hardly ever write reviews unless I believe folks need to be warned or aware of my experience. I did what they asked before (trying to get scheduled,) after I talked to someone on the phone. And when I did go into their store front (x2 different times,) the very rude young man (guy on the phone come to fine,) at the counter, didn't seem very interested or engaged in helping me, and kept telling me things that never ended up happened; and said both times, "You need Bob, and he isn't here and he'll give you a call back, and I don't know when he'll be back?" I never got any call backs or any o

Sargent Lock & Safe has been very responsive and performed their work professionally. They have been on-site three times during an expansive home renovation. They are always there when they say they will be, and get the work done efficiently.

They were very kind and helpful after I bent my key. It was a huge snow storm and they took the time to bend my key back and make me a new one, staying after closing. They saved me a huge amount of stress
