They are fantastic. The field service was fast on all 3 installations /occasions ,very polite and professional. Billing is also very helpful. We are lucky to have our own utilities here in Rockfalls. Trust me the big utility companies are nothing like this local quality. Bob S

I've lived in RF for one year. The prices are a bit high, is my only complaint. Last year I had a few power outages. Which is normal. One was in connection with a surge that ruined my new modem and router. Now thinking about it. It was probably through the cable TV line not the power line. I was going to give 3 stars. I drive through to pay my bill and have never had a problem. Little to no wait.

They are the biggest scam in town prices are double what we used to pay with comed in Dixon. They will send a shut off notice every single month even if your only 1 day late. They will send someone over to try to shut your power off. Even when it’s negative windchills outside. They won’t listen to anyone’s hard times at all and charged us an extra $100 fee while it was never even shut off. They said it was because it’s water and electric so two $50 fees and but it’s the same bill so that makes no sense. The lady who answers the phones for payment is very very rude and I hope she gets what’s coming to her.

Utilities/electric are absolutely ridiculous in Rock Falls. There is no consistency nor explanation. One month it could be $100 the next $200 or more, even though nothing has changed in your house. I am so happy to be getting out of city limits.

Absolutely the worse around !!!! Only reason I moved out of RF I even lived outside city limits monthly pd $300-400 with a WELL so no water bill was included and worked 6 days a week so no one was home .... cmon!!!!! Don't move to RF people!!!!
