Excellent experience with Andy, our technician. I will call them again anytime we need maintenance or repair. They came out the same day we called, pricing was not excessive, the problem was pinpointed and the work was done quickly and efficiently. In the dog days of summer, we were lucky to have found Accurate. I rarely leave reviews, but we had such a great experience with this company, I felt compelled to let others know.

I've been a customer for over 10 years. They're always prompt, offer great advise (even over the telephone) and never try to sell me more than i need to get back running. I have two units under maintenance (which negates the cost of adding freon every spring due to a small leak) which means they come out and clean/charge my units every spring.

Terrible company. They tell you they’ll come out to measure an AC unit for a replacement. They show up a day late, measure nothing and take a photo of the breaker which I could have sent them myself.. Now after the delays (it’s been over 72 hours with no AC), it raining so they can’t come out. The rain wasn’t a surprise as it’s a tropical storm coming. They just delayed. Pathetic. Avoid. BH management need to find a different contractor. Edit: Took them 10 days.

$125.00 for a quote. The claimed they performed a "service" so as to charge more. This is a despicable way to run a business. The fact that they have a partnership with a reality company to ensure continued business is questionable at best, and illegal at worst.
