Rock Solid Granite

Rock Solid is a solid investment for countertops. We had a project that required some customizations to fit our cabinets and they did great. Stone is not easy to work with and these guys pulled it off for a fair price.

We absolutely love our new quartz countertops. We selected one with lots of dramatic veins & Rock Solid did a fabulous job of laying out perfectly. We liked them so much, we had them do window sills and a couple of trivets. Thanks, Jorge, Elsa & crew. You're awesome!

This would be a very different review if there was any form of communication from these guys. We had quartz counters installed about a week ago and it has been a rough experience all the way through. Our first indication this was going to be bad should have been the three separate times we were rescheduled for install. One time being because "the entire install crew" called in sick. When we finally got to the day we were scheduled, I called in wondering why they were two hours late and was told "they moved us down the schedule again, to make it more convenient for the installers. Besides, they aren't even done loading the truck anyway." During install a hole was put in our wall with the corner of the countertop. We used them for three different jobs. The first two were for bathroom remodels and they did an adequate job. Last year, when we did our kitchen remodel we were one of the first quartzite customers they installed to. After the install we were getting stains from just a water droplet getting on the counter. We immediately called and they came out and resealed it. Long story short it needed a different seal. They then went to training to be able to do a 10 year seal for quartzite. After arguing with them over the issue I ended up getting another company to come in that knew what they were doing with quartzite and sealed it properly.
