I have used Rock Solid Plumbing for several jobs big and small. Their staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Communication is key and they keep me informed every step ifthe way. The technicians are hard working, very knowledgeable and do great work. They even clean up!!! Will always turn to them for my plumbing needs.

My water heater started leaking and I contacted Rock Solid Plumbing. This was at 7:30am and they responded immediately and had someone out to my home by 12:00pm. One hour later and everything was taken care of. Extremely professional and they worked very clean. They found some issues with how the builder plumbed the water heater originally and made changes at no additional costs. I am so happy with their customer service, and quick professional work at a fair price. I highly recommend Rock Solid Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

Alec quickly responded to my call. Matt the technician arrived to my house promptly. He was friendly to my dog and respectful of my home Matt made sure he transitioned in and out of shoe covering upon entering and leaving the house. Used Rock Solid for a new sump pump install and, more recently, a bathroom remodel. Reasonably priced and super responsive. While our contractor was installing the bathroom vanity, Rock Solid was able to be there on short notice when we needed an immediate plumbing adjustment. Our installer was able to complete the job without delay. So grateful.

Highly recommend! Found a leak under my mobile home, saw that Rock Solid Plumbing was highly recommended on the Lovelanders Facebook page so I called and they got me scheduled for an appointment for the next day since that same day didn't work with our schedule, the young man(sorry I forgot his name) was running late and even before my scheduled time I got a call letting me know he would be a little late(super appreciative of the phone call!) He showed up and went right to work crawling under my cold, dark, spiderweb infested😁 mobile home and found the issue and quickly fixed it so now the spiders under there will have to find somewhere else to bathe😂.
