My preferred technician is absolutely fabulous…keeping him assigned to my scheduled appointment is extremely problematic. It generally takes me at least three scheduled visits before they will keep my requested technician assigned, allowing him to complete the service. Their automated assignment disregards my technician requests, even though notes have been clearly added to my account. I never had this problem before the local company was bought by Rocket Pest. I only stay with them due to wanting to keep this technician. I do hope they get their act together regarding this issue or otherwise it just may not be worth the hassle to stay.

Don’t use this company. Formally Action Pest (was a great local owned company) now is owned by a private equity . They are so big that the billing is centralized and they have no clue where Fort Mill SC is let alone the correct amount to bill you. My contract (that was through Action Pest) states I pay $195 a year for renewal. The last two years after being bought out by Rocket they have tried to charge me more for my treatments. My contract is for 10 years….they bought the Company, they have to honor the contract! They literally call you three times after the treatment to try to collect even though I give a physical check to the guy who does the inspection and spray. Do not use them! You should look elsewhere. The field technicians, once they arrive, are half decent. BUT they didn't have everything they needed to complete the job. That has been almost 4 weeks now and I am still waiting for them to return. Unfortunately, I paid via debit card and my money is. I have no leverage to get them back to complete the work. Their office personnel are absolutely HORRIFIC. Example: you can schedule them for a Monday between noon and 4:00. They will not show up on Monday. Nor will they call to say they are not coming. You will call the office Monday evening only for them to tell you that your appointment is tomorrow. I tell them tomorrow won't work because I won't be there to let them in. This company has given me whiplash! Let’s start with the positives… One of the first companies to respond to my inquiry, they were able to come out the very next day to assess my bug situation. The sales rep, Zach, and both techs were initially very personable and answered all of my ten million questions. I was able to receive treatment at my home within the week and was assured a follow up appointment within the month would ensure my home remained bug-free.
