Rocket Pest Control

Our technician was on time, very thorough, explained what he was doing and gave good advice. We’re glad we switched our quarterly service to Rocket Pest Control. Although I had to sign a yearly contract, the price seemed about the same as our previous company and the Rocket service is very good.

Rocket Pest Control is a good company. My technician was Catherine and she did a very good job. She made sure he did everything that was in my contract and gave me suggestions if I had any issues. It was raining so she couldn’t do the outside. She assured me they would be back by bad told me they would leave a door hanger if I was not at home so I’d know they had done the service. She was very professional and a great asset to Rocket!

Been using them for years when it was Alexander’s. Always responsive and excellent friendly technicians. They are quick to come for an extra service when needed.

Jeff at Rocket Pest (formerly Alexander Exterminating Co.) was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get my german roast problem under control. He made sure I knew exactly what the treatment plan was and how it was going to work. Definitely recommend working directly with the office, they'll make sure you're taken care of.
