Rockport Mail Center

I’ve been to the Rockport Mail Center a few times now, and unfortunately, each visit has been unpleasant — but today really took the cake. I came in to drop off a few return packages from clothing stores. Each one had a QR code, which is supposed to be scanned so the store can print the return label for shipping through FedEx or UPS. This location was listed as a drop-off site, so I came here expecting they could help. When I walked in, there was no line. I politely greeted the woman at the counter — an older lady — but she didn’t respond at all. I started explaining that I had return items with QR codes, and she immediately cut me off, saying, “We don’t do that here.” I tried to clarify that the store’s return page listed this location, but she interrupted again, asking what the code sa

I had a UPS package that I had to get mailed out not wanting to drive all the way to Corpus Christi a good friend of mine told me about this establishment. I had already had the labels pre-printed out and boxes all taped up all I needed to do was get it to UPS. And that is where the Rockport Mail center was there to help they made sure that my packages made it on a UPS truck. They were there to take care of all my needs with their super fast and friendly service. Even if you don't have your box pre-packaged they are also willing to help you out with that for a small additional fee. I would highly recommend this established for anyone's shipping needs. I'm confident that if you have a package that needs to get to its intended recipient Rockport Mail center will be there to help.

Matt puts the whole package in packaging. I truly can’t say enough about how delicately and meticulously he handles my precious goodies. He takes care of my parents like they’re royalty, and always double checks that everything made it safely out of genuine care, not just customer service. If you’re mailing anything from Rockport, trust me: your trinkets are in loving, capable hands.

Very well staffed with knowledge and helpful people. I needed some documents notarized and was assisted quickly , thoroughly and efficiently.
