Santos ,Sandeeb, and Augustine were fabulous in installing my new system . They were very personable and answered all my questions, and I had a lot of questions. I would 100% recommend Rocky HVAC. The three installers came in and took the old equipment out and replaced it with the new one. They were careful in the installation and once completed; demoed how to operate and take care of the equipment. Tom was great as well ; getting the contract all set up without any issues and made the process very easy.

We had a great experience with Rocky HVAC today. Our tech Carlos came out to service an older Bryant heater that stopped producing flames a few days prior. I was worried I'd have to replace the whole unit, but luckily we were able to extend the life a bit more! Appreciate the same-day timeliness and competitive pricing that this company had, would recommend.

Great job efficiently done. Good price 2 years of labor covered nice cooling from a 3 ton Goodman unit and a 4 ton blower. Just didn't like the 3% Credit Card fee over unit and labor price.Highly recommended Rocky HVAC. Rocky rocks.

Fantastic, same day service was provided and less than 10 hours my whole brand new AC system was installed and haul away the old junk free of charge. Rocky also provided me with a financing option that was unbelievable. Got my approval less than a minute. I highly recommend Rocky AC service and trust them 100% than they will take great care of you. Their prices were very reasonable compare to others like home depot or BGE.
