Rocky Mountain Granite and Marble is a 5 star company! My kitchen is quite large with many counters. I visited at least four times to try and select my countertops from the vast selection on site. Ava was patient and helpful with me with each visit. Her knowledge and ability to help me make the right choice was excellent. I believe Billy was the template specialist and watching that entire process was so special. With all the templates laid out on my countertops, I knew that I made the best choice for my kitchen. He took time to get the measurements correct, answer my questions, and suggest an important modification to my contractor to make one area even better! So glad we found Rocky Mountain Granite for our counter tops. We stopped in one day to LOOK and after spending an hour with the staff we were so pleased with their suggestions, products and help that we returned the next day and purchased new counter tops. Romina and her daughter Ava were beyond helpful and made the entire process not only painless but enjoyable. From the template to the installation that was just completed a couple hours ago every single employee was kind, thoughtful and helpful. Pat and Hosea came and did the install for a guest bath. They were very polite and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Did a great job! Definitely recommend both these men. We have used Rocky Mountain in the past. There was a few things on a previous job that went awry, however Romina and Dani made the situation (that could have gone really bad) and turned it around and made it right in the end. We had a granite kitchen countertop installed and Rocky Mountain Granite & Marble has been great the whole process through. They kindly worked as our schedule allowed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would sometimes stop by the business to do some color matching against the granite and they were very accomodating. Romena was especially helpful with her insight and guided us through the entire install. Romena's daughter, Mimi...everybody was helpful. The actual install crew did a wonderful job and everything looks great. They know what they are doing and got it done quickly. Very friendly bunch.
