Saved me hundreds of dollars because Rich listens to what the customer is saying and can apply his skills and knowledge to get to the root cause of what is happening. He has the versatility to cope with new tech issues just as well as race preparation for classic 911's. I was excited to find a local repair shop with European car expertise. They quoted me a fair price for my 2010 Audi Q5 55K maintenance. I also mentioned a window washer light that I'd like them to look at, Well it turns out I needed front brake pads. So add that to the cost and we're at $875. They had the car for a 1 1/2 days. Left feeling good about the shop since they took the time to show me the worn pads. Noticed they didn't fix the window washer light so I immediately brought it back. Said they to bring it back the following week. Ok. I'm thinking they would repair the sensor w/o charging me again for labor. Called to inquire about ordering a set of BBS rims and Continental tires late one afternoon and had my call returned very promptly. They were able to get all of the rims and tires in very quickly, while 3 other shops had told me it would be at least a week. Not only that, they had them installed within 3 days of my initial call on a Saturday during a time that they would normally be closed at. The whole process was a breeze from start to finish, I will definitely be using them again for other aftermarket services.
