I hired this carpet cleaning company to address pet urine stains and odors in a couple of rooms. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. While the carpets looked slightly cleaner at first glance, the urine marks were still visible, and the smell remained almost exactly the same. For a service that claims to specialize in deep cleaning and odor removal, I expected much better results. I do not recommend them if you’re dealing with pet-related carpet issues. It felt like a basic surface clean at best.

From the time I called to set up services with Rodney to when Matt came to our home, everything was outstanding.
