The technician Jacob showed up on time, explained exactly what was wrong, and had everything working again in under an hour. What I appreciated most was the honesty. He didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need and even showed me how to avoid the same problem in the future. The price was fair, the work was clean, and the door has been running perfectly since.
