Rollins College Truist Parking Garage

my daughter and I went here for a tour since she was exploring this option as a school to attend. It’s a beautiful campus people are super friendly. The one thing we both disliked was how much they concentrate on the social activities and not much on the academics. we have attended other universities and when comparing this one to them, a lot of the lighting and a lot of the rooms and libraries they showed us was very, very dim compared to others.

There are three chargers. One of them's always occupied by a Tesla. They never move their car. The other two have non-electric cars parked in front of them. They should enforce the charging protocol

This parking garage is a mess. There is never parking and they prioritize tenants over students as there are never spots for students… even if you show up 30 minutes prior.

Really good rates. It's a nice option when you want to peruse through Park Avenue, but don't want to parallel park. Dedicated compact car parking which is nice, and helpful attendants. Remember to keep your ticket!

I mean, it’s a parking garage - pretty simple. Clean and kept up well, it’s right in the heart of Winter Park on Park Avenue and it’s an easy walking distance from any good place nearby. Easy parking for Rollins students, though at certain times of the day (mornings and evenings), it’s difficult to find a spot. This is the only reason it’s getting a 4-star rating and not one higher. What else is there to say?
