We’ve worked with Roman Mechanical on several projects. Their President, Carlos, is very knowledgeable in his trade and has been a key resource in navigating some challenging situations on-site. Their estimator, Eric, and his team have consistently been responsive and willing to help with pricing and material procurement as needed. Their support has been valuable in keeping things moving when timing matters.

I bought a home and just like clock work within 24 hours-no heat! Romans Mechanical was recommended by my new neighbor-Honestly, from the first call to the end of the job, complete professionalism. The light hearted, and good humored way they handled my frustration at my broken down AC/Heating systems deserves another five stars. Thank-you Eric and Carlos! Great job. I agree with another commenter on this sight, they left my home and me, better than they found us! I even picked up the service plan! 😊

Worked incredibly, went above and beyond even with my hovering :) They laid out everything they would do and reassured me at every step of their quality. Spent the entire day, literally from morning to 10pm to replace my entire system! That shows me commitment to their work and customer service. Did not have to spent another night in the sweating summer heat, thank god. They’re local and have a warranty in place as a just in case. Great value for set price especially with how this all took one day! Def call again for future potential maintenance

Had an appointment scheduled with Roman Mechanical for A/C system maintenance for May 5, 2022 between 8:45-11:45 a.m. They even confirmed the appointment with a follow-up email/calendar request, to which I responded "yes." On the morning of May 5, 2022, they never showed up for their service visit nor did they even take the time to call me and let me know they weren't coming. I'm writing this review 5 days after the scheduled appointment and, for the record, they still never responded.
