The folks at Roof Authority are top notch. They just completed their work on our new home and they did a great job on the roofing and the gutters. Their price was competitive, they didn’t nickel and dime me for small changes like other subs do, and they always showed up on schedule. Russ and his team were great all around. Highly recommended. He responded to me and my questions on a weekend, and showed up in person the first business day. He did a complete roof eval, explained issues, answered all my questions and gave me options. He and his team even did a temporary repair to stop water intrusion on the spot…. Without asking or getting paid for it. When they did the work the Communication was great, they were on time, sent multiple photos throughout the process, were thorough and left the whole yard spotless. Lots of people are reticent to hire roofers but these guys will be my go-to for large and small projects.
