Roofing Pups installed a large 9’ sliding door, 2 side front door windows, a storm door and a kitchen door for us. Wonderful sales person not pushy, communication during the ordering process was great. Once the doors came in Shawn called and worked with my schedule to get them installed. This past Saturday the doors were installed. The installers arrived on time. Laid floor covering down. They were here 9 hours. Very polite cleaned up the mess as they went along. The project manager showed up close to the end of the job. He made sure everything went good and go over any question's i might have. I highly recommend Roofing Pups for any of your needs. Very knowledgeable team of people.

I got 4 Estimates and chose Roofing Pups. They have a GREAT team. Starting with Danielle that did our estimate (AWESOME! She is down to earth, and very knowledgeable). I was looking for quality work with a transferable warranty (being a VET heading towards retirement in a few year) as a relocation would be in the works and this could help being a selling point. I also wanted to get the best deal on my dollars. Danielle was mindful of this and didn’t try to use any pressure tactics (which would have been a HARD NO right away). I did ask her about any possible discounts being a Senior Citizen and a VET. She said the owner took care of our VETS and she would get with him. Did an excellent job. Very professional. Enjoyed the fat that they are a second generation family owned business. Made the communication piece a pleasant experience and the came through with a price and warranty that led me to choose them over other companies I spoke with. Showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a single day for a large roof.

From the beginning that Julia came to my house, I knew we were getting great service. She was very attentive, detail oriented, and made sure we knew what we were getting regarding different pricing quotes, even going above and beyond to call the owner in order to get as close to the quote we wanted. Chris, the project manager was attentive, on site, and ensured that the crew did everything they were supposed to do from supervising, cleaning, and he answered every question we had during the final walk through. He even stayed until 7:00 PM at my house to give me quotes for other friends of ours. The job itself was very well done. Precision, accuracy, and cleanup were all included. They helped us in so many ways and I can honestly say 10/10 for what they accomplished in a very short amount of time. Being new homeowners and needing to act fast for active leaks we found ten days into homeownership. We saw the leaks on a Saturday, they came out to evaluate on that Sunday gave us a very detailed report and they replaced the roof by that Wednesday. The price was worth the quick action and all the repairs that needed to be made. Financing options were a blessing and their workmanship warranty is another reason we stayed instead of the normal shingle warranty given by other roofers.
