Gutters! I recently contacted Roofs by Design by phone for a gutter situation raining water in all the wrong places from the weekend storm on Jan17 (a holiday). Dan was kind enough to hear my small emergent issue and tell me about the cost and pricing in advance and he saw my pictures of my malfunctioning gutter. Dan was able to quickly check in with his crew and schedule me with Jose’s team. The team arrived on time and gave us quality workmanship. My issue had been nicely resolved and my gutters and guards are clean as well. Shout out to Jose and his crew! My husband was impressed by the quality and time that Jose’s team gave to our job. Worked with Dan to get a new roof installed on the house in Pittsboro, NC. He uses a no contact method to inspect to roof, which keeps him from having to get on the roof and eliminates the possibility of damage being created from the inspection. At first the insurance would only approve partial repair, but he worked with the insurance adjuster and got them to approve a full replacement. Once the work started, the crew showed up on time and worked efficiently, ensuring to cause as little disruption as possible, since we work from home. They even made time to clear the driveway when we needed to leave the house. Work was fast and professional. I believe the roof actually looks better than when the house was built.
