Rootcraft TC

Rootcraft designed, manufactured and installed our new entertainment center. Amelia does a great job coordinating the design phase while Joe, Lee and team implement it to perfection. The level of craftsmanship, professionalism and communication is above 5 stars and the final product looked just like the computer rendering. A fantastic experience.

Joe and Lee did a phenomenal job installing cabinets and trim in our recent project. Their attention to detail was particularly noteworthy, bringing issues to our attention and seeking our guidance (e.g., how were different styles of door molding and baseboards going to interact) rather than finishing the job in the quickest, easiest way possible. For instance, they offset the drawer fronts so they looked nice set in the cabinets, but when they pulled out they didn't hit the trim for the window on the adjacent wall. Their work is a catalogue of thoughtful details like that. They were committed to getting it right the first time, and addressing any problems when they didn't (usually when we changed our mind about what was "right").
