Luis has done countless projects for us and has been amazing each time. Not sure what the previous person was talking about with their concrete as we did a MASSIVE project recently with him this year doing our entire driveway. It was over 8600 sq ft, and he communicated with us throughout the entire process. It's been a few months now and we haven't had any issues with the concrete. He also did some retaining walls for us over a year ago that have really stood the test of time. We've been super impressed and would recommend him to our friends!

Have done tons of work with Rosas and they are great! Easy to get quotes, competitively priced, and great finished product. Many concrete companies skimp on the compaction and road base quantity, but they always make sure to prep really well. Many companies also don't bother with a vapor barrier, and your sport will suffer if you skip that, but Rosas always makes sure to include a vapor barrier.

DO NOT HIRE! We hired Luis Rosas to demo and pour our residential driveway last summer, paying him over $20,000. Unfortunately, the driveway began spalling just six months later, and the damage has only gotten worse. When we contacted Luis, he initially promised to come inspect the problem, document it, and work with his insurance to fix it. Despite these promises, he did absolutely nothing and ultimately disappeared, refusing to take responsibility for the poor workmanship. Luis Rosas is dishonest and does not stand by his work. Save yourself the frustration and expense—do not let this person near your project.

Rosas Concrete was excellent to work with. We had an old driveway that was cracked and sinking in multiple locations. They were professional, friendly and informative. Due to how much we needed done, they even did it in sections so we could still get in and out of our house. Part of our sinking problem had been due to water, so they gently sloped the new driveway and front steps/landing to make the water run away from the house and garage and it works perfectly! I am So very pleased with their excellent work and recommend them to everyone I can. If you need any concrete work done, call Rosas!

Rosas Construction did an amazing job at listening to all of my concerns and found creative solutions to the problems that we encountered. They made sure they understood the project before doing any work, and they ensured that I was happy once the project was completed. Not only did they take care of the concrete but they were also able to fix the sprinklers and landscaping around the concrete.
