We had our red oak kitchen floor and entryway refinished, and the rest our home (1st floor), we had the carpets removed and brand new red oak hardwood floors installed. Dale and Joe were friendly and had only our best interest in mind. Within 6 working days, we had gleaming, brand new flooring that has made a huge difference in the look (and value) of our home. AMAZING...we are so happy with our new refinished floors throughout our home! We had a repair and a few areas that needed to be patched after moving some cabinets around. The new wood blends in nicely with our previous flooring. Dale was professional and timely from the moment he came for the complimentary estimate throughout the time it took to refinish the hardwoods in our home. We went from a dark mocha stain to a country white stain that really brightened our living space. We are so very happy with how our floors turned out. What a great company to work with!! I had no idea about hardwood floors but Dale & Joe sure do! They work like a well-oiled machine.I had 9 estimates & encounters with various companies. Dale came to our new house and was professional right from the start. We had two different color stains in the kitchen & living room and the living room needed some new white oak pieces put in. Dale and his helper did a great job on our floors refinishing them. They look brand new. And no dust! Would definitely recommend him if you are looking to do your floors.
