Jack Ross was referred to me and honestly after meeting him I can understand why. His honesty and credibility are worthy of a word of mouth recommendation. I don't often leave reviews, but I wanted to take the time to say, if you have a home improvement project you should give him and his team a try. I am positive you will be pleased. He spent over an hour taking a look at some foundation and separate drainage issues that we are experiencing and he was honest about his concerns. He did not try to upsell me or take on our big impending project, even though it is an expensive repair we are looking to have to do. He took the time to give me names of people to contact and to map out a course of action for us. He was kind, informative, on-time, knowledgeable and he would not take a dime from me

Ross family home improvement did a very good job for us. It was not a big job our HVAC system leaked into our bedroom and they had to come repair and paint the ceiling. We picked the wrong color so they had to come back. Our mistake. They did both jobs spotlessly, on time, annd with easy scheduling and were very pleasant to deal with. I look forward to moving them up to the number one position of who I’ll call next.

The Ross family is the best! They are timely and fair on pricing. They will tell you if it can be done and the cost up front and if an unexpected event comes up which is inevitable with this old house they are are super honest and open with the expectation. I would trust them anytime with my home projects!
