Just had a rep come from you all. At Park Avenue in Mount Vernon. Apparently he doesn't like black people. (Stated in Spanish) was yelled at as he demanded to see the windows and upset because there was a table in front of one of them. Was in the apartment for less then 5 minutes to look/ inspect 7 windows. Please don't send this person back. And to the young lady at the office. Instead of jumping to his defense , you could have acted as though you were going to listen to what I had to say and not pass it off as my feelings.

We chose Ross Windows after receiving quotes from several companies. As mentioned in prior reviews, the company's owner himself did the initial inspection and measuring work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time discussing various options that would help reduce street noise in a ground floor apartment and provide good insulation against outdoor temperatures without looking institutional. He was very patient with the time it took for the building's co-op board to approve the proposed work (I wanted a minor design change, and there was a lot of email correspondence and numerous changes of plan before the design I was asking for was cleared for installation - one narrow picture window was to be replaced with a double-hung window for better ventilation. I am very happy with my new windows and this went pretty quick. My building provided 3 different companies and Ross was the cheaper ones. At first I was a bit skeptical that they would be of cheaper material, but when they came in I was really happy to see the quality and finish. It definitely added more value to my apt. The guys were very quick to respond via email.

Way overpriced, they asked for a "non-refundable" $175 deposit to come look at a broken window they had previously tried to "repair". LOL no thanks.
