Roto-Rooter

Used to be good. Could call and get someone out quickly and affordable. Now I've called for a simple job, left multiple voicemails with no response for them to say yeah we can have someone out tomorrow but not sure what time but we'll call you when they are on their way. We'll still here waiting two days later with no call back or anyone showing up.

They came to my house to unclog a drain. The guy said they couldn’t snake it because they had to change out the bucket trap but they would send someone out to change out the part which makes sense. The second guy came changed out the part and charged me $320 even though the drain still wasn’t working they said they would send another guy out to snake the drain for another $270. Absolutely ridiculous workers were rude and extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Excellent service, quick response and reasonable price. My washing machine drain was backing up. I called around 12:30 pm. They arrived around 1:30 and was finished by 2:00pm. Will definitely use again.

Very happy with the clearing of our mainline today. Everything was backed up in the house. The guys were here no more than 45 minutes. And fixed all the problems. On Saturday there was a 42 home drainage backup. Roto rooter sent out Plumber Justin Booker. He is in in 20s. This was a job for at least 3 plumbers. My wife and I can tell he arrived with a plan . He went to the outside drain covers and drain lines immediately. He attacked the horrific build up in the drain pipes that was in the whole neighborhood caused by 3 homes. He was very professional in his conversation and assured that he was going to fix the problem quickly. Residente were going to the store to use the bathroom. The city pump station that put was into our gated community is very cheap and weak. Justin will have a long career with roto rooter if he is treated great.
