⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ron!!! 😊 This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I called Roto-Rooter because I needed to replace a tub drain in my bathroom subfloor. The pipe had broken and was buried under concrete/tar, and I was completely stuck. I had already started some of the remodel work myself but wasn’t sure what to do next. When Ron came out, he took the time to look over the work I had done and even complimented me on it, which meant a lot. He carefully assessed the situation, gave me helpful tips, and made sure I understood everything I needed to know to move forward successfully with my bathroom remodel. I had an unfortunate issue where my drain line underneath my house was plugged. One whole bathroom was inoperable due to the water was backing up in the toilet I called Roto Rooter who has a local office in Deland. I was advised that they could come out the same day between 4 and 6 pm. The technician RON was assigned to our request for service. Ron arrived at our residence shortly after 4pm. Ron introduced himself and then got right to work. In no time he had the issue diagnosed and a proposed plan to correct the issue. It was awesome. Being a senior citizen you are always leery about having something repaired. Hunter is a great young man. He explained what he was doing and I felt I could trust him with anything. Ron was a great plumber, very nice, informative, and honest with us. He inspected our water heater and garbage disposal and was very knowledgeable. The company came on time and communicated prior to arrival - everything was smooth.
