Kyle from Roto Rooter was amazing! So thankful to have emergency service on Christmas Day, awesome service!. Kyle explained in detail exactly what he was going to do and what he was going to look for, was cheerful, upfront about price, and I knew ahead of time there was a small additional charge for the emergency service. Well worth every penny for cleaning the line, I would recommend this company to anyone!

I called them right away in the morning beings out problem started the night before and they were able to come help within an hour. Our technician Race out of Salk Rapids, Mn Was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed our problem fairly quickly was able to remedy the situation and leave the area very clean. Would recommend and will call him again if they need arises.
