Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Jackson & Nate arrived to save our holiday weekend!!! We had a leak between our homes shut off valve and wall. It was a tricky repair and they were prompt, polite, professional and did a fabulous job, explaining the way they would fix it! Couldn’t be more impressed and so glad I called Roto-Rooter!

Nate and Dawson got out to my property quickly and assessed the problems, explaining them to me in terms that made it easy for me to understand. They were working for a good long while beyond what I think was expected but they were very accommodating and kind. While they identified issues that will need to be addressed later, they were able to ensure that I wasn’t without water/service before they left and the main issue I was having was resolved. We’ve used other professionals before but for the price and the level of service, there isn’t really a comparison. Thank you!

Roto-Rooter has been out to our home twice, and both times they were professional, efficient, and pleasant. I will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issue. Highly recommend!

The ladies i spoke with over the phone were all super sweet but once they placed our call in since we have no sinks draining in our home we waited a total of 6 hrs and never received a call from a technician. Even with several calls back to the dispatchers and escalation to management there was no outreach made to us. Even if it was to tell us they couldn't make it today that would have been better than no response. We ended up canceling the call bc of the lack of responses

Called Roto Rooter because they were the only folks willing to come out on a Saturday afternoon for a leak in my mother's, who is 87, kitchen. They came out when they said they would, however said "they didn't have the parts" to fix the leak. They said they would come back on Monday morning and never showed up. In any case, we tried calling numerous times and got no answer from Roto Rooter.When I finally got to talk to a person they said, "sorry, the plumber was sick". The floor had a huge puddle. Called another plumber and they said it was a cracked drain under the sink, so a simple p trap replacement. Seems like that would be something a plumber on an emergency job would have that. Not happy at all.
