Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Dave from Roto-Rooter did an outstanding job fixing leaking pipes from my washing machine line, kitchen, and bathroom. With 26 years of experience, his expertise really showed. He was extremely professional, paid great attention to detail, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. On top of that, he was very friendly and respectful of my home. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Dave if you want the job done right.

We had Taylor from Roto-Rooter to fix a leak in the main water line coming into the house (before the whole house shut-off). He had to turn the water off at the street and then go get the parts and install them. Did this take all day? Nope -- just about 2.5 hours. He did a great job and is an honest to God nice guy! The pics I'm adding are the before and after shots.

Had an issue with toilet on a Friday, Roto-Rooter quickly respond and came on-site within a few hours time. They were very courteous and completed the repair in short order. The cost was higher than average for repairs but probably because of the fast response.

Service itself was great. Zero complaints with the gentleman who did the work. He was courteous and thorough. However, to have to pay $817 for a simple garbage disposal replacement was pretty steep. To charge $300 on top of what I felt was already overpriced to replace a 6 inch piece of PVC pipe was an extra kick in the teeth. In all honesty I should have shopped around but once he was already at my residence I didn't want to send him away and not get the work done. Lesson learned on my part. The only reason for the low score has NOTHING to do with the quality or work.

Dave is the best! He arrived quickly and was kind and respectful. He also didn’t try to scam me like many other companies do. He was honest and explained things in a way that didn’t make me feel dumb. He fixed the repair quickly. Would DEFINITELY recommend Dave.
