Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

This was such a comforting and relieving smooth company and most of all the technician to work w. They also got me taken care w z20 temps and well after midnight on a sat to make sure the job got done abd that I got up and running after having no water options in the house for a whole day. He informed me where the status of the job was from start to finish whether phones calls ahead of time or during the work. I now have free snd clear drain thanks to brad. Super knowledable too but explained it simple and to tge point where it was easy to follow and understand what and why was happening. Would recommend hands down and will use again when/if needed.

Technician Robert arrived promptly on site. He thoroughly explained our sewer situation and options for solution. He never tried to press “the more expensive option”, but found THE BEST option for our ancient house! He solved our sewer problem quickly, efficiently and cheerfully! Very quick and efficient! The tech was here at the allotted time, explained everything thoroughly, and was very friendly with my dog who likes to stick his nose in everyone's business. Would recommend!

They were amazing at sending someone out when our sewer backed up as well and resolving it quickly! They snaked, used a camera, and cleaned the pipe very well. All of the staff we spoke to over the phone and in person were very friendly and helpful! The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be using their services again!

I setup an appointment online at 8:00 PM and had them here by 10:00 PM. He was very thorough, removed the Ptrap on the kitchen sink to get the proper snake size into the pipe. I’ve had people go through the top of the sink with a small snake which doesn’t do as good of a job, but is easier! He went down 60’ with the snake to make sure that it was all cleaned out! Works great now! Thanks for the quick response time!
