Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

At Selden’s Home Furnishings in Bellevue we had an excellent experience w/Roto-Rooter. Upon discovering all of our bathroom drains had a major backup they had a jet truck on site within an hour. The extremely knowledgeable technician Gio discovered & cleared a huge root blockage, then offered options for a permanent solution. To our pleasant surprise Britton, the water cleanup field supervisor, came by later the same day to check if we needed any additional support or specialized cleanup. That level of service went above & beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter’s service.

We had been quoted nearly $7k and 1.5 days of work to get down into our foundation to repair a broken pipe. Protocol got someone out right away, and they fixed it in 2.5 hours for under $800. Isaiah was courteous and efficient. Couldn’t have been happier. They have won a client for life.

Needed emergency plumbing help. The technician arrived in less than an hour and cleared a stubborn drain clog in no time flat. John was professional, knowledgeable, super personable and a great ambassador for Roto-Rooter. Hopefully, the same "S" won't (literally) come up again, but if it does we'll call the best, the original, the only Roto Rooter.

Samuel was fast & efficient. He answered our call immediately and was quick to come out, assess the issue in our leaking water heater and had a fast turn around to get the new tank installed. He even waited to make sure the tank was heating up correctly. 5 ⭐️service!
