Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I have a house built in the 1960s with cast iron piping under the basement slab. The kitchen sink started to back up (again) so I called roto rooter to have it snaked. The technician Peter was absolutely fantastic. He couldn’t snake it and when he bent the tip of the snake it made a gritty sound like sand was in it. He told me something was structurally wrong with the pipe. He was right. He came back the next day with his colleague Chris. I was super nervous because they had to jackhammer beneath the slab and find the corroded pipe. They found it quickly with minimal damage to the floor and fixed it perfectly. I’m so grateful to both Peter and Chris for getting this done so professionally and putting my mind at ease. Could not have gone any better! Highly recommend this company for any

We were having problems with our toilet bowl. It didn't seen clogged but the water wasn't filling up after each flush and the tank was almost dry.
