Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

James did a great job cleaning out the blockage I had in the main sewer drain. He was very professional & friendly. He had a great attitude, and I could tell he really liked his job. I didn’t have before pics, but here’s after he fixed the problem. The left pic is directly under where the toilets and showers drain under the house. The right picture is the access in front of the house leading to the street. Nice clean water flowing. James saved the day.

I was greeted with a smile by Jose the technician and Joe who was along training. Jose attempted two different snakes and then called for the one with a camera because it was a difficult process and they wanted to see where the problem was. Rich showed up with xavier and ended up calling JEA. Threw it all.they kept a positive attitude and kept me informed on what was going on. I appreciate their professionalism and the respect I was shown. We were even able to get a laugh in.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was being done.
