Had a serious blockage in my home. I called and within an hour and a half Vincent showed up at my door. He was very professional and pleasant. The job done within an hour. Thankfully it wasn't real bad. (But the mess was lol) I'm very pleased with my service from beginning to end. I will do business again if I ever get in a jam again. I am a custodian and I'm handy but I definitely did not have the tools for the job on this one. It was a late Friday night after we had a winter Blizzard either in the week. The hole prosses probably took 3h tops if I had to guess. Thank you for getting me out of a jam Roto-Rooter 🫡.

Root-Rooter is a great company. Ralph #2925 came out to our place at almost 10 pm after a huge problem with our kitchen sink. He did not leave until everything was fixed, had a great attitude, and did an extremely thorough job. He took the time to explain what we need to do to prevent these incidents from happening as well. Highly recommend, will be hiring again if any other problems arise!!
